We think the Hyundai Genesis offers a good value among luxury sedans. Both the V6 and V8 models deliver fine handling, a smooth ride and willing power. The Genesis features roomy, nicely appointed cabins. When it comes to sports sedan credentials, the Genesis is surprisingly capable, though not a match for the best in the class. It isn't quite as good as the name-brand luxury cars but it costs less. Overall, the Genesis is a viable alternative to established luxury brands. Genesis customers can choose between the capable 3.8 V6 model that provides more nimble handling and better fuel economy or the quicker 4.6 V8 model with more luxury and a higher price.
